FORSVAR, a Scandanavian word for defense. The FORSVAR Home Study Course is a Certification Program in which an individual may test via long distance training and then become Certified to teach the system.

This system only recommended for those over 18 years of age. Many " life saving " only techniques are implemented in this program. All material demonstrated on 2 DVD's ! Testing may be done on one video test. Partner required.
