The Renzoku Jiu-Jitsu course is our flagship course, it has been around since 1993. The Black Belt Home Study course offers 70 base techniques over 7 levels to 1st Degree Black Belt ( Shodan ). In addition to this we have added much more over the years, this would include the Submissions Library
( ideal for those wanting to compete ), the RJJ Advanced DVD for 2nd Deg. Black Belts, and the new RJJ Advanced Takedowns.
The base system is more street oriented, and is offered as a means of learning the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu.
It includes defenses against some of the more common street attacks, as well as throwing techniques. This 7 original DVD's include strangulation techniques, throws, takedowns, joint locks, strikes, tai-sabaki and much more.
